Our Elopement Package is for the sophisticated couple that prefers a private, but exquisite wedding in a beautiful setting. We can customize a package according to your needs and add items on a’ la carte basis. Our standard package includes:
v Your wedding ceremony performed at the elegant Black Horse Inn. You may select from among several scenic areas of this private property. If you prefer an outdoor wedding, there are beautiful flower gardens, a water garden, a gazebo and lovely well-tended grounds from which to choose. But if you prefer an indoor wedding (or if the weather is inclement) there is an elegant great room, library or entry hall that make wonderful sites for a small wedding.
v Champagne and hors’d’oeuvres following the ceremony
v Fresh flower bridal bouquet & groom’s boutonniere. Wedding flowers can make a big difference in the “look and feel” of your wedding photos. Your choice of colors.
v Ceremony chairs for all of your attendees
v Day of wedding coordination
v Fee included for our Wedding Officiant or Justice of the Peace who will file your marriage license with the courts promptly after the wedding. Note: it is the couple’s responsibility to get the marriage license from any Circuit Courthouse in Virginia BEFORE the wedding.
v One nights’ lodging at the Black Horse Inn. You may select from any of the available rooms or our separate cottage. This includes a full gourmet breakfast and mid-day hunt country tea. See www.blackhorseinn.com

o Video of your wedding ceremony on a DVD (unedited)
o A web page with photos and information about your wedding for your use as an “online wedding announcement” The web page will remain online for 3 months so you can send a link to friends and family as a way of announcing your good news.
